A retainer of $400 & signed agreement are required to reserve your wedding date and is non refundable. However, the above stated retainer will be applied to the total cost of your wedding package. The non refundable retainer is a fee that retains Forever Frame's services for your scheduled session date that Forever Frame may have turned down other work for.


Cancellation or Postponement

There shall be no refund of retainer after 48 hours from the signing of agreement due to the reservation of the photography date. If the event is cancelled within two months of the wedding date, the client shall pay the balance of the contract due to the high probability Forever Frame will not be able to further book that date. Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable.


Change of Venue or Time Frame

Forever Frame must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, and at least one week prior to scheduled date of event. In the event of a change of address or contact information as listed, the client must notify Forever Frame. Adjustments to travel expenses may be made for location changes.


Extension Policy

The shoot may be extended if mutual consent is given. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed prior. The hourly rate will apply.


Payment Policy

Any outstanding balance will be due 7-days prior to the date of the wedding. Payments may be made via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, or Debit Card. There is a 3% charge for Debit Card payments.
