Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are you insured?
    Absolutely. We are fully covered for up to 2 million dollars (a common requirement from venues) with Full Frame Insurance, and can provide all the paperwork necessary upon request, as well as add the venues to our additional insureds - no problem. 
     

  • Where are you located?
    We are scattered in and around Temecula, California. Some of us in Lake Elsinore, some of us in Valle Vista, and others in Murrieta.
     

  • Where do you offer your services?
    We service nearly all of Southern California! Whether it's in the Inland Empire, Orange County, San Diego County and most of Los Angeles county. We've done weddings in Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Idyllwild, Lake Arrowhead, Riverside, Balboa Park, Chino, Azusa, Pasadena, Los Angeles, and of course Temecula! If you have a wedding that is outside of our area, please reach out to us, we are also available for destination weddings!
     

  • Are you able to travel farther than that?
    Yes! However anything outside of our immediate area will require a different price to include the extra expenses involved with travel.
     

  • Do you offer printing services?
    YES! We use a photo delivery system called Pic-Time and it is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Once your wedding photos are uploaded into your own gorgeous private gallery, you'll be able to view, download, share, and order prints straight from there! There are TONS of printing options to choose from, from photos of every size (including choosing your own type of paper), frames, albums, ornaments, engraved boxes, and on and on. It's a one stop shop for everything you could want! And for engagement shoots, you'll can even order your Save The Date cards directly from there if you'd like!
     

  • Can you do photo AND video?
    Absolutely! We have separate packages for each. You can book one or the other, or both if all four of team members are available for the date of your wedding. We love doing joint weddings and you really will love the results! You can also use the package enhancements to add video to a photo package or photos to a video package in a more limited role than a dedicated package.   • Do you use a second photographer/videographer?
    Yes, depending on which package you select. In an effort to offer more budget friendly options we do offer services that only include one photographer or videographer. This is important to us so that we can remain an affordable option for everyone. You can also customize your package to add a second photographer/videographer.
     

  • Do I need a second photographer/videographer?
    Technically you don't need a second, but it is a really nice thing to have. The biggest problem a second shooter solves is the ability to be in two places at once. That means having one with the bride while the other is with the groom when they're both getting ready at the same time. That also means being able to capture the same moment from different perspectives, like getting both the bride and groom's reactions during a first look. And finally, it's a just another layer of security in the event something happens to one of us or our gear. The end result is you will get even better images/video with a second shooter.
     

  • How long will it take to get my photos/videos?
    For photos, this will usually take between 14-21 days. Videos will typically take a bit longer between 28-42 days.
     

  • How will I receive my photos/videos?
    Your photos will be delivered via your own personal photo gallery with Pic-Time. Your video(s) will be delivered via a private Dropbox link.
     

  • Who is the team?
    We're working on adding a dedicated page just for our back story, but in the meantime, we are a group of friends who also happen to be awesome photographers and videographers. There's Todd (that's me!) who runs Forever Frame and focuses primarily on photography (lead photographer). Next there's Jakob, who runs Jakob Holmes Images, and is our lead videographer. Then there are Adam and Kassandra, who are our two second shooters, they each handle photo and video equally. We also have a couple other second shooters we call on occasionally when Adam and Kassandra are unavailable.
     

  • Do you require a deposit/retainer?
    Yes. There is a flat retainer of $400 when you book any wedding service. If you're booking an engagement session by itself, the full amount is due upon booking. This retainer goes towards the overall price of your package and can be paid by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Cash or Check. You can also make payments with credit cards, but there is a 3% fee to do so, so I always recommend one of the other methods above that are free to use.
